HI Cathy, Thanks for these reports. The inspector did a terrific job and really appreciate the thorough investigation. We decided not to go ahead with the purchase and still looking. However, I wanted to give you feedback that I was really impressed with the high level of professionalism I experienced with Olivia with booking, the quick turnaround from booking on a saturday afternoon to having the first inspection on the Monday and quick turnaround of receiving the report. My expectations were managed along the way by being kept up to date regarding the status of the inspection via email or phone etc. It was a great experience and was higher than my expectations. I just wanted to thank Justin and Sydney Prepurchase for a very professional, efficient and timely service. Following our urgent 6pm request, Justin met my father on site at 3.30 pm the following day and was able to explain verbally the condition of the property (prior to receipt of the very thorough written reports soon after), enabling me to make an informed decision with regard to purchase by 5pm.
